How to order from HubbuyCN: two payments, nine steps
The official shopping guide lists nine steps. They are reproduced below in the same order, rewritten in plainer language, with the interface screens where they help.
Keep the two payment moments in mind as you read. Steps one to four end with you paying for goods. Steps five to eight end with you paying for freight. Everything in between is the warehouse doing its job.

Select the product
Copy the link from Taobao, Tmall, JD or 1688 and paste it into the HubbuyCN search box. You can also search by keyword inside HubbuyCN and pick from the results.

Choose size, colour and quantity, then add to cart and submit. Sizes follow the Chinese marketplace convention, so read the chart on the listing rather than trusting the letter.

This is the first payment. It covers the item plus domestic shipping from the seller to the HubbuyCN warehouse. Several payment channels are offered, each with its own handling fee shown at checkout.

Their buyers place the order with the seller for you. This is where the language barrier stops being your problem.
Inspection and storage
On arrival the goods are checked and photographed, and the weight and dimensions are recorded. The check covers appearance only. Sealed items are not opened.

Select which stored items go in this box. You can send one thing or wait and send twenty. This decision is the whole reason the storage window exists.
Choose a route and pay freight
Fill in the delivery address, pick from the routes HubbuyCN offers for your goods, and pay. This is the second payment. Not every route can carry every item, so the list you see is already filtered.

Follow the parcel in Shipping Management and on the carrier website. Check external damage before signing where possible, then photograph the package and any missing or damaged contents. Keep packaging and report issues promptly under the route’s claim deadline.
If you already bought it yourself
Forwarding is a separate path. You get a warehouse address from the forwarding page, use it as the delivery address when you order from a Chinese marketplace yourself, then tell HubbuyCN what is coming by filling in the courier, tracking number, product link, price and quantity.
The official transshipment page describes three stages and states that five free quality inspection photos are provided once goods arrive.

Choosing
How to choose, at the four points where it matters
The order flow is fixed, but it hands you four decisions. These are the ones that change what turns up at your door and what it cost to get there.
Where to search
A find is a candidate listing, not evidence of a completed purchase. Browse by category, then verify the original seller URL, price, variant and current availability.
Which seller
The same item sits with several shops at several prices. The service guarantee filters on the search page let you favour sellers who offer returns or dispatch quickly, which is a better signal than price alone.
Which size
Size labels vary by seller and garment. Compare the listing’s measurements with a similar item that fits you; do not convert letters or regional sizes by assumption.
Which route
Compare eligible routes by the full quote, published transit range, tracking and compensation conditions. Follow the declared-value requirements for the route and destination.
How to read the QC photos before you pay for the parcel
The free check is an appearance check. The official inspection rules say so in the first line, and then spend three disclaimers narrowing it further.
What it covers: whether the thing that arrived is the model, style and size you ordered, and what its outside looks like. What it does not cover: anything sealed. If the item is not a garment, bag, suitcase or shoe, or if it arrives in sealed packaging or with sealing strips, the wrapping stays shut and only the outside is checked. For appliances, digital and other electronic products the rules state the inspection does not include authenticity, function or quality.
So when the photographs land, spend your attention where the check actually looked. Count the obvious things first: colour against the swatch you chose, the size label, the number of pieces. Then look at the edges, the stitching and the hardware, because those are the parts a photograph can settle. Do not look for proof that it works, and do not read a sealed box as a verdict. If something is wrong, say so before you submit the waybill. After that the parcel is in the air and the conversation changes.
Questions that come up during the order
Why is there no shipping cost at checkout?
Because nothing has been weighed yet. International freight is priced from the actual weight and dimensions of the finished parcel, which do not exist until the goods reach the warehouse. That is the reason for the second payment.
Can I cancel after paying for the goods?
Whether an order can be cancelled or returned depends on the seller and on where the order has got to. HubbuyCN publishes a return and exchange page covering this. Read it before you assume, because the answer is not always yes.
How long does the whole thing take?
We do not publish a number, because it depends on the seller, the inspection queue, how long you choose to store, the route and the customs of your country. Anyone quoting you a single figure for all of that is guessing.
