Ordering is the same whatever you buy. What changes is everything after the warehouse, so each card says what that category does to the second payment. The cards open the matching category; nothing is sold here.

What is HubbuyCN?

HubbuyCN is a buying agent. You do not get an account with Taobao or 1688 and you do not deal with a Chinese seller directly. You give HubbuyCN a link, HubbuyCN buys the item on your behalf, receives it at its own warehouse, photographs it, holds it, and then ships it to you.

It is operated by HK HUBBUYCN LIMITED, and the site runs a purchasing service and a separate forwarding service for parcels you have already bought yourself.

How to use the Spreadsheet and order through HubbuyCN

Browse and save a seller link, pay for the purchase, review the warehouse evidence, then choose and pay for the parcel. The full guide explains each decision with the corresponding official screen.

  1. Find and paste the link

    From a find on the spreadsheet, or by searching inside HubbuyCN across Taobao, Tmall and JD listings.

  2. Pay for the goods

    This is stage one. It covers the item and the domestic leg to the warehouse.

  3. Wait for inspection and storage

    HubbuyCN buys it, receives it, photographs it, and records weight and dimensions.

  4. Pay for the parcel

    Stage two. Pick a route, pay international freight, and the box leaves.
